Any Cheque/Demand Draft non-payable at Lahore will not be credited to your account immediately but only after the amount has been credited to our Bank Account. Any charges levied by our Bank would be deducted before crediting your account.

Note: Mention your Customer/Reseller Username and/or Order ID on the reverse of your cheque for our Billing Team to be able to credit it in your account.

Wire Transfers
If you choose to wire the funds to us, then please ensure your Username appears in the sender section of the wire transfer. Also, once you send the Wire Transfer, please create a Support Request at: http://www.echromatics.com/support with the following details:

-Date of Payment

-Transferred Amount

Note: Only when we receive your notification, will we verify your transfer and credit your account appropriately. This process could take upto 48 hours to complete.
